Canada is an excellent immigration destination with multiple options for applicants. You can rely on alternatives such as visitor visa, study visa, work permits, and permanent residency to travel, study, live, and work here. Besides these, you can also get a Parent and Grandparent Super Visa which allows parents and grandparents of permanent residents and Canadian citizens to visit the country for extended periods. It means people with a family in Canada can reunite with them and live together for the long haul. Super visas let you enter for two years and allow extensions of one year at a time. They make an ideal option for older relatives looking to visit and stay for lengthy periods. But there are some complexities involved, such as that the applicants have to buy private medical insurance before landing.

At CICS, we offer complete assistance and guidance about Canadian immigration options including the Super Visa for parents and grandparents. Since we have helped a large number of applicants secure this option, we understand what it is all about and how it works. The option has been around since 2011 and older people have benefitted because they can join their family in Canada. Our experts can help you get this visa despite the complexities and time-consuming processes involved. Our knowledge and experience make things much simpler than you imagine. We help you take the steps seamlessly so that the journey is completed at the earliest and you can be with your loved ones in Canada. No matter how daunting the idea sounds, even seniors can join their families and live with them for extended periods. We can help you discover the magic of Super Visa and make it possible. Connect with us and get a step closer to living with your loved ones in Canada right away.

Canada is a beautiful country to explore, and you may want the holiday to go on forever and ever. But is it possible to stay back when you have only a temporary visa that is valid for six months? Thankfully, you have the option of Visitor Visa Extension if you expect to stay longer than your original plans. You will have to apply for a Temporary Resident Permit [TRV] visa or Canada Tourist Visa to travel to the country or visit a friend or relative. But you cannot expect it to last forever, and will have to seek an extension before the temporary resident status expires. But visa extension is an option only if you have valid status in the country at the time of the application. It means you will have to know the expiry day of your visa and apply for extension within the validity period. Ideally, you should apply at least 30 days before the expiry date.

At Chhatwal Immigration (CICS), we help you with a range of Canadian immigration services, including Visitor Visa Extension. We make sure that extending your stay in the country is not a problem because we start with the extension process well in time and make sure that all the formalities are taken care of. Things couldn’t be simpler than this because we are experts with a complete understanding of Canadian immigration and its programs. We help you get all the paperwork in place for the process, so that there are no glitches. Our seasoned immigration consultants guide you through the entire journey to make it seamless and prevent rejections. If you want to stay in Canada for the long haul, we will make it possible for you. Let us understand your requirements and help you get an extension to stay without much hard work.

Canada is a popular tourist destination, but getting a visa can be a cumbersome process. You will need a visitor visa or a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to travel to and enter Canada as a foreign national. You will require the document unless you come from a visa-exempt country. The rule applies, regardless of whether you are landing as a tourist, student, or temporary worker. You may be overwhelmed by the formalities involved, but we can make the entire process fast, smooth, and hassle-free for you. We help you secure a Visitor Visa in both single entry and multiple entry categories. While a single entry visa will let you come one-time only, a multiple entry visa permits you to do it as often as you want.

The country automatically considers all applicants for multiple entry and single entry is granted only under unique circumstances. With a multiple entry bias, you can travel for size months at a time. The best part is that the visa is valid for up to 10 years in most cases, though it is at the discretion of the authorities. Even as everything sounds pretty simple, the overall application process involves a long list of documents and formalities. You may not be able to handle them without guidance, and our expert consultants are here to show the way. We make sure you stay a step ahead of the formalities and get your visa at the earliest so that you can visit just when you want. Our experts handle everything the right way, so you can expect good chances of approval. Since we understand the process like the back of our hand, you never have to worry about going wrong with your application. Rest assured, our visa experts will have you covered down to the smallest details.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Visitor visa a candidate must meet below requirements:

Have a valid passport.

Be in good health.

Have no criminal or immigration-related convictions.

Must have ties with home country —such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country.

Convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit.

Have enough funds for your trip.

You may also need a medical exam and letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada

You are not allowed to work or study on a visitor visa in Canada.
